How the start date is determined
Proof of purchase and delivery records support verification of the equipment and warranty start date. Where records conflict or a shipment timestamp is unavailable, SkyFlow will confirm the applicable date before deciding coverage.
Periods stated in months are calendar periods. Repair or replacement does not automatically restart the original warranty period. Any separately approved period will be confirmed in writing.
- First: the product activation timestamp.
- If no activation timestamp is available: the time the equipment was bound for use.
- If neither activation nor binding time is available: XAG manufacturing-centre scanned shipment time plus 180 days.
P150 Max component warranty periods
SkyFlow sets the following warranty periods for P150 Max and the systems and accessories listed below. An unlisted component of that covered equipment has a six-calendar-month period. Do not apply these periods to other equipment models.
Impeller, auger, torsion/compression springs and rope have free replacement within 15 days for quality issues, not general wear replacement.
