What products can an authorized dealer offer?

Do I need previous drone experience?

Drone or agricultural equipment experience is valuable, but every applicant is reviewed based on its team, customer base, regional opportunity, service capability and business plan.
Is an initial equipment or parts order required?

Initial stocking and demonstration requirements are discussed during dealer review and depend on the proposed dealer model and territory.
Will SkyFlow provide training?

Approved dealers receive onboarding and access to relevant product, sales, demonstration and support resources.
How are warranty and repairs handled?

SkyFlow provides Canadian technical escalation, repair coordination and support for eligible XAG warranty cases according to the applicable warranty policy.
