Small footprint. Full field system.

The R100 concentrates crop protection, remote control, route assistance, and electric drive into a narrow platform. Its compact dimensions fit constrained rows, while every deployment still begins with the real row, headland, surface, canopy, and application.

Precision spraying

Dual centrifugal atomizers and two JetSprayers bring directed application into crop rows.

Compact four-wheel platform

An 80 cm-wide chassis is built for narrow rows, uneven surfaces, and sharp turns.

Intelligent navigation

Cruise, path tracking, repeat routes, and field planning support more consistent passes.

Remote operation

The SRC 5 combines FPV video, vehicle status, and route controls in one handheld system.

Electric drive

The shared XAG battery system supports quick turnaround without an engine in the row.

Expandable base

The compact rover can support task-specific modules beyond its supplied spray configuration.

Precise from inside the row.

The onboard RevoSpray system pairs two centrifugal atomizers with dual flexible impeller pumps. Directed airflow carries fine droplets into dense crop canopies for thorough, row-level coverage.

High-speed centrifugal nozzles

Adjustable 60–200 μm droplets create a fine mist for uniform crop coverage.

Dual flexible impeller pumps

Deliver up to 8 L/min (2.1 US gal/min) with precise flow control.

120 L (31.7 US gal) smart tank

A capillary air-tube sensor monitors the remaining liquid level.

XAG R100 JetSprayers directing airflow through a crop canopy

Dual spray. Directed coverage.

Two adjustable JetSprayers use ducted airflow and guide shrouds to widen the spray angle. Mounting can be set for multi-angle or single-side tasks.

High-performance JetSprayer

Directed airflow creates a 7 m (23 ft) swath per side.

Adjustable mounting bracket

Manually position both JetSprayers for crop geometry, target zone, and one- or two-sided work.

Cruise mode

Set and maintain travel from 0.1 to 1.5 m/s (0.3 to 4.9 ft/s).

Path tracking

Vision algorithms detect deviation and correct the rover’s line in real time.

Variable-rate spraying

Flow responds to travel speed to support a more consistent application rate.

Put an SRC5 in the operator’s hands.

The Smart Remote Controller carries FPV video, vehicle status, and route control, helping the operator remain clear of the application zone.

Repeatable work, actively supervised.

Mapping, planned routes, repeat mode, positioning, and safety assistance can reduce repetitive steering. They do not replace block validation, exclusion planning, monitoring, or a clear intervention procedure.

Teach the first pass. Repeat the route.

Record a manual run and save it as a memory path for repeat operation over the same block.

RealTerra onboard mapping

Capture field imagery during a first manual pass to support route planning.

Centimetre-level positioning

Cloud RTK and mobile RTK support precise positioning, including offline operation.

AI safety assistance

Pedestrian detection alerts at 4 m (13.1 ft) and stops the rover at 2 m (6.6 ft).

Adaptive speed control

An onboard IMU adjusts movement on slopes and supports controlled stopping.

Repeat the same line, season after season.

A local RTK source supports repeatable mapped rows and planned passes, including blocks where cellular coverage becomes unreliable.

What's in the R100 system.

The spray robot is planned as a field-ready system, not a standalone machine. These components cover power, charging, vehicle control, cooling, and local RTK positioning. Final quantities follow the selected R100 package and field workflow.

Keep the batteries cool between passes.

Mist cooling and fast charging help shorten the wait between R100 work cycles when the block must be completed inside a narrow window.

One rover. Different rows.

Crop name alone does not determine fit. The R100 should be evaluated against measured access, turning space, slope, canopy, target, application rate, label directions, and the operating plan.

Vineyards crop rows

Vineyards

Directed row-level application through narrow trellised blocks.

Dragon fruit crop rows

Dragon fruit

Repeatable passes beside dense, structured crop rows.

Blueberries crop rows

Blueberries

Compact ground access for managed berry rows.

Citrus orchards crop rows

Citrus orchards

Dual-side airflow for accessible lower and middle canopy zones.

Orchard rows where an R100 ground robot and agricultural drone can complement each other

A complement to the drone—not a replacement.

Integrated air-ground crop protection can place each platform where it works best: the compact R100 moves through narrow rows for directed lower and inner canopy coverage, while aircraft can address suitable aerial work.

R100 robot
Narrow in-row access, directed airflow, ground application, and repeatable passes through specialty-crop blocks.
Agricultural drone
Fast aerial access where the product label, Pest Control Products Act requirements, and local regulations permit.

The label decides the application method. When a Canadian product label says “DO NOT apply by air” or does not include aerial application, it cannot be applied by drone. Ground use with the R100 is permitted only when the same label allows the crop, pest, rate, equipment, spray volume, buffers, and proposed operating conditions.

XAG R100 modular rover platform

A compact base for more than spraying.

XAG presents the R100 as an expandable compact base for task-specific modules. SkyFlow can scope directed spray layouts and supporting controls around the real crop geometry and operating plan.

Custom modules are not standard factory specifications. Payload, centre of gravity, clearance, route safety, chemical compatibility, and Canadian availability require project review.

Order an R100 package

Plan the R100 around the real row.

Bring your row geometry, terrain, canopy, application target, and turnaround requirements. SkyFlow will map the R100, power, positioning, and support package around the work.

Before evaluating an R100.

What is the difference between the XAG R100 and R200?+

Both are 80 cm (31.5 in) wide. The R100 uses a compact four-wheel chassis, 120 L (31.7 US gal) tank, two pumps, and two JetSprayers. The R200 increases capacity with a six-wheel chassis, 240 L (63.4 US gal) tank, four pumps, and four JetSprayers.

Which crops can the R100 work in?+

XAG presents the R100 for orchards, greenhouses, vineyards, grapes, dragon fruit, blueberries, and citrus. Actual fit depends on row width, headland, slope, canopy, treatment target, product label, rate, and supervision plan.

Is the R100 fully autonomous?+

The R100 provides onboard mapping, path planning, repeat mode, RTK positioning, path tracking, and safety assistance. These features do not replace route validation, exclusion planning, active supervision, or an intervention procedure.

How long does the R100 operate on one battery?+

The R100 delivers 15–30 minutes of spraying operation per B141050 battery.

Can the R100 apply a product that cannot be sprayed by drone?+

Potentially, but only when the Canadian product label permits the crop, pest, rate, and intended ground-application method. A restriction on aerial application does not automatically authorize rover application.

Can SkyFlow help determine whether the R100 fits a block?+

Yes. SkyFlow can review row and headland measurements, terrain, canopy, spray target, water volume, positioning, battery workflow, transport, training, and current Canadian availability.

Bring us the row. We’ll assess the fit.

Share crop, block dimensions, terrain, canopy, treatment target, and current workflow. SkyFlow will help determine whether the R100, R200, an aerial platform, or a combined program best matches the operation.
