Return & Refund Policy

At SkyFlow Drone Shop, we specialize in providing high-quality aerial solutions for agriculture and enterprise. We understand that purchasing an enterprise or spray drone is a significant investment. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for eligible new products.
1. Return Window
Returns apply to selected products only and may be made within 31 days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility criteria below. Please confirm return eligibility with customer service or your sales representative before you purchase— eligibility is not assumed for every item. If more than 31 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange under this policy for those selected products.
2. Eligibility for Returns
This return policy applies to selected new products only, as confirmed before purchase (see Section 1). To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria due to the technical nature of our products:
- Unactivated: The drone or equipment must nothave been activated or bound to a user account (e.g., DJI, XAG, or other manufacturer accounts). Once a product is activated, the warranty date begins, and it is considered “used” and non-returnable.
- No Flight Time: The drone must not have been flown. We reserve the right to check internal flight logs upon return.
- Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all plastic seals intact (if applicable).
- Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, cables, and parts must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, Refurbished, or Marketplace Items: These listings are not covered by the selected new-product return window and are final sale unless required otherwise by law.
- Activated Drones/Payloads: Any unit that has been electronically activated or registered.
- Software Licenses: Digital keys or enterprise software licenses that have been redeemed or emailed to the customer.
- Custom Builds: Drones that have been modified or custom-built to specific client requirements.
- Batteries: Due to hazardous materials shipping regulations, opened or used batteries cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards.
4. Restocking Fees
Due to the costs associated with inspecting, testing, and restocking high-tech enterprise equipment:
- Unopened Items: No restocking fee (customer pays return shipping).
- Opened but Unused/Unactivated: Subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused upon delivery, the cost of return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
5. The Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- RMA Issuance: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number; they will be rejected.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the drone. We are not responsible if the returned item is lost or damaged in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt):
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the drone (verification of non-activation and flight logs).
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
7. Defective or Damaged Items (Dead on Arrival)
- Shipping Damage:Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, refuse the shipment or note the damage on the carrier's receipt. Contact us within 6 hours with photos of the damage with time stamp.
- Manufacturer Defects: If the product has a manufacturing defect right out of the box, we will exchange it for the same item. You must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Note: Issues discovered after the product has been flown or activated are covered under the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty and must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s support channels (e.g., DJI Enterprise Support). We are happy to assist you in navigating that process.
8. Cancellations
Orders for stock items may be canceled for a full refund if the item has not yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, you must follow the standard Return Process outlined in Section 5. Pre-orders or custom enterprise orders may be subject to a cancellation fee if materials have already been procured.
Important Disclaimer: SkyFlow Drone Shop reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy. Crashes, water damage, or damage caused by user error are not covered under this return policy.
