The three-business-day commitment
SkyFlow provides an actionable response within three business days (24 support hours) after receiving a complete request. Requests received outside support hours begin at 9:00 a.m. on the next business day. Within one business day, SkyFlow checks completeness and identifies missing evidence in an itemized request.
If your request is complete when submitted, the response period starts at receipt. Otherwise it starts when the last identified required item arrives. Further questions or manufacturer review do not restart this period.
An actionable response may be a confirmed remedy or, where parts, inspection or testing are still needed, safe next steps and a dated action plan with a SkyFlow contact. Daily business-day updates continue until a final remedy is confirmed. This response period is not a guarantee of completed repair or delivery; repair and shipping dates are confirmed separately.
Before and after repair
Dealer assignment is for assessment and does not authorize repair. SkyFlow confirms the approved scope before work proceeds. Any paid work, including applicable parts and shipping charges, requires your acceptance of an estimate.
After repair, follow the inspection, testing and return-to-service instructions provided with your equipment. A closed service request does not, by itself, confirm that equipment is safe to operate.
This portal is not an emergency dispatch service. Stop unsafe operation, preserve equipment and logs, and follow site emergency procedures where necessary.
