Report delivery issues promptly

Inspect the equipment and packaging on arrival. Note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt where possible, photograph the condition and contact SkyFlow promptly. Report concealed damage as soon as it is discovered and retain the original packaging.

Provide delivery and carrier details so SkyFlow can confirm any applicable claim deadlines and next steps. Keep evidence showing the condition at receipt; later handling, storage or use can affect the assessment.

Evidence to retain

  • Equipment serial, issue description, photographs and proof of purchase.
  • Delivery receipt with damage or shortage notation, packing list and transport documents.
  • Original packaging, receiving photographs and any carrier reference.

Returns and batteries

Obtain written return authorization and shipping instructions from SkyFlow before sending equipment. Follow the return reference, packaging and carrier instructions provided. Shipping arrangements and any applicable charges must be confirmed in advance.

Disclose chemical contamination before arranging a return. Do not ship a damaged battery without specific handling instructions and carrier acceptance. Keep failed parts until SkyFlow provides written return or disposal instructions.

SkyFlow confirms warranty eligibility and approved service scope after assessment. Paid work requires an accepted estimate.
