Coverage and exclusions

SkyFlow provides warranty assessment for eligible product quality defects within the applicable component period. Coverage and the approved repair or replacement are confirmed after inspection and review.

SkyFlow Warranty and Service Policies · Updated 2026-10-20

Covered equipment

SkyFlow’s warranty policy covers P150 Max drones and the listed RevoSpray 5, RevoCast 5, RevoSling, 90W LED headlight and B141050 battery components. P100 Pro, R100, R200 and other equipment have separate warranty terms. Contact SkyFlow to confirm the terms for your model and serial number.

A listed component and an active warranty period do not, on their own, establish coverage. SkyFlow reviews the reported fault, service history and diagnostic evidence before confirming eligibility and the approved remedy.

Warranty exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage caused by the circumstances below. Assessment considers the cause of the fault and the available evidence.

  • Damage resulting from missed maintenance specified in the User Manual.
  • Damage caused by use, maintenance, repair or storage that does not follow the User Manual.
  • Further damage caused by delayed repair after identifying a malfunction.
  • Damage caused by changes to structure, configuration or control software without XAG permission.
  • Improper applications beyond agricultural scenarios or farming activities defined in the User Manual.
  • Refusal to undertake necessary inspection, diagnosis or technical repair in a timely manner.
  • Loss, theft, intentional destruction or force majeure damage, including fire or flooding.

Paid repair

If a fault is outside warranty coverage, SkyFlow will explain the assessment and provide an estimate for paid service. Inspection, repair, parts and shipping charges must be identified in the estimate and accepted before the corresponding paid work begins.

Additional paid work requires your approval of a revised estimate. Submitting a request or delivering equipment does not authorize charges. Crash damage and routine wear do not, by themselves, establish a product quality defect.

SkyFlow confirms warranty eligibility and approved service scope after assessment. Paid work requires an accepted estimate.
