DJI AGRAS T100 Solenoid Valve
The DJI AGRAS T100 Solenoid Valve is an electronically controlled valve used in the T100 spraying system to start and stop liquid flow at the nozzle or spray-line section. When the aircraft commands the spray system to open, the valve allows liquid to pass through. When spraying needs to stop, the valve closes to shut off flow and help prevent dripping.
This part is not the pump, nozzle, or flow meter. The pump creates pressure and moves liquid through the system, the flow meter measures liquid flow, and the nozzle atomizes the liquid into spray. The solenoid valve works as the on/off gate that controls when liquid is allowed to reach the nozzle. This makes it important for accurate spray timing, clean shutoff, and consistent field application.
If the solenoid valve is stuck open, the nozzle may continue dripping after spraying stops. If it is stuck closed, that spray line or nozzle may not spray at all. A weak, contaminated, or failing valve can also cause uneven spray output, delayed shutoff, intermittent spraying, leakage, or spray-system error symptoms.
