DJI AGRAS T100 Battery Bracket Cushion
The DJI AGRAS T100 Battery Bracket Cushion is a small rubber pad used around the battery bracket area of the aircraft. Its job is to sit between the battery bracket and nearby contact surfaces, helping cushion the battery mounting area from vibration, pressure, and repeated battery installation/removal.
On an agricultural drone like the Agras T100, the battery is removed and installed many times during a workday. This rubber cushion helps reduce hard contact between the battery bracket and the aircraft structure, protecting the mounting area from wear, rattling, and impact stress during flight, transport, and field operation. It also helps keep the battery bracket area seated more securely so the battery system remains properly supported.
If the original cushion is cracked, compressed, torn, missing, or hardened from chemical exposure and outdoor use, the battery bracket may no longer sit as cleanly against the aircraft frame. This can lead to vibration noise, loose fitment, bracket wear, or additional stress on nearby mounting points. Replacing the cushion is a simple but important maintenance step when servicing the battery bracket assembly.
