The CZ100 Tethered Emergency Lighting Drone is a professional aerial lighting system designed for night rescue, disaster response, emergency construction, incident command, and public safety operations. Powered through a ground-based tether, it delivers stable, long-duration aerial illumination without depending on conventional battery endurance alone. Official CZI materials list an 800W LED lighting system, 112,000 lumens of total luminous flux, a working altitude of 50 meters, and a maximum illuminated area of at least 13,000 square meters.
Built for difficult field environments, the CZ100 combines aerial lighting with real-time overhead video from an onboard camera. CZI states that video and control data are transmitted through the tether using a wired architecture, helping the system remain reliable in electromagnetically complex environments and reducing dependence on ordinary radio links. The system also supports one-key takeoff and return, and CZI says deployment can be completed in about 2 minutes with ground-side control only.
