SkyFlow Dual Mix was designed with one goal: keep the crew moving without compromising accuracy or safety.
Three-tank architecture
Mixing Tank A
100 US Gallons
Primary mixing chamber for chemical concentrate and carrier water. Active agitation keeps product in suspension continuously. Pre-fills while Tank B is being used — eliminating dead time between batches.
Mixing Tank B
100 US Gallons
Secondary mixing chamber — identical spec to Tank A. The dual-tank design means one tank is always being prepared while the other is actively delivering to the drone. No waiting for a fresh batch to mix.
Water Reserve Tank
500 US Gallons
High-capacity water storage for extended field operations. Feeds both mixing tanks and the direct-fill pump. Reduces trips to the water source — critical in remote fields where water access is limited.
10-second T50 fill: Our high-flow pump delivers mixed solution to a DJI T50 water tank in approximately 10 seconds. At a typical 40-acre per tank capacity, that means field turnaround adds less than a minute — dramatically more than conventional gravity-fill or low-pressure pump setups that can take 2–4 minutes per fill.

The SkyFlow Dual Mix app gives the mixer/loader full control of tank selection, pump speed, fill volume, and agitation — from their phone. Real-time monitoring of tank levels and flow rates means no guessing during a busy refill.

Physical Remote Controller
Glove-friendly, field-rated
When you're wearing chemical-resistant gloves, touchscreens are impractical. The dedicated physical remote gives the mixer/loader direct hardware control with large, tactile buttons operable with full gloves on — no phone required.

How Dual Mix changes field economics
Eliminate fill-time dead zones
10-second fills mean the drone is back in the air within 30 seconds of landing. A 2-minute fill with a slow pump over 30 tank cycles per day costs an hour of flying time. Dual Mix gives that hour back.
Always-agitated product
Wettable powders and suspension concentrates settle in as little as 15–20 minutes. Active agitation keeps product in uniform suspension — every tankload hits the crop at the same concentration, first fill to last.
Zero batch-gap downtime
While Tank A is delivering to the drone, Tank B is already mixing the next batch. No waiting for the next mix cycle. Operations continue without stopping to measure, pour, and wait.
Remote visibility on tank levels
The app displays live tank levels, so the pilot knows before landing whether a fill will be ready. The team can pace mixing to match flight cycles — no communication breakdowns in a noisy field.
Supports LONO role separation
The dedicated remote and app are designed for the mixer/loader role — a separate person from the pilot. Clear physical separation of the control interface supports the mandatory LONO role requirement.

Dual Mix was engineered primarily for the DJI Agras T50 — the platform SkyFlow crews fly across Canada. The 10-second fill spec is based on the T50's 40-litre water tank. The system is also compatible with other tank-fill drone platforms.
The physical controller was designed with DJI's operational workflow in mind: the mixer/loader manages the Dual Mix system while the pilot manages the drone remote and app — two independent control surfaces, two roles, zero interference.
